Can anyone referr a good Backlink builder?
I have a few websites, but i need to get some backlinks to them, I have submitted them to many directories and not much help there…
What i am looking for is a program that i can have a company or whatever submit my link to other sites, however, i do NOT want to spam any sites.
I simply want to build back links to my site, without spamming, i am looking for something < $100USD. But like i said no spamming.

You can check out the team at Page Traffic. You can do a “pay per link” arrangement to test them out. You will pay a little more per link, but that way your small budget can get things rolling.
